Calf Scramble Opportunities
The FFA advisors must enter each calf scramble candidate for each livestock show. Entries will be held on a specific date for Brazoria County Fair and a separate specific date for major livestock shows. Please check the Brazosport FFA Google Calendar each fall to verify these entry dates. Payment is due at the time of entry.
Students who catch and win a calf scramble certificate MUST show the animal purchased with the certificate at the show where the certificate was won. Multiple certificates can be combined as long as the student shows the animal at each show where a certificate was won. Most calf scramble certificates can only be used to purchase cattle. Please read the rules of each scramble to see which species can be purchased with the certificate given.
